Hi everyone,
We have an open invitation for you:
🎉 Join the "My amazing end-of-year review" campaign at Opensource.net ! 🎉
As we approach the end of the year, it's time to reflect on your incredible
journey in the world of open (open source, open data, open knowledge,
and/or open science). At Opensource.net, we believe in celebrating
achievements, learning from challenges, connecting with others, and paving
the way for a brighter future!
✨ Opensource.net welcomes former Opensource.com contributors ✨
This year we acknowledge the challenges faced by authors who were once part
of the Opensource.com website, whose operations have been halted. The Open
Source Initiative (OSI) has graciously become the new home for the former
Opensource.com contributors and we look forward to rebuilding this amazing
community together with you!
🌟 What's the campaign about? 🌟
We invite developers, authors, educators, researchers, tinkerers -- anyone
who has worked on an open project -- to share their personal, project, or
company's end-of-year review on Opensource.net. This is your chance to
showcase the milestones you've reached, the challenges you've overcome, and
the lessons you've learned in the realms of openness.
🚀 Why participate? 🚀
Take a moment to look back on your accomplishments and challenges in 2023.
Share your unique journey and inspire others in the open community. Connect
with like-minded individuals and organizations. Strengthen the bonds within
the open community and foster collaboration!
📝 How to Participate? 📝
Submit a proposal <https://opensource.net/submit-a-post/> following our style
guide <https://opensource.net/style-guide/> by December 8, 2023. We'll be
evaluating them on a rolling basis. We have limited publishing capacity, so
the earlier you send the proposal, the higher the chances of it getting
accepted. To keep the spirit of openness alive, all submissions must carry
a Creative Commons license. Let's share knowledge freely!
🎁 Join us and be part of the amazing Opensource.net community! 🎁
This is your chance to get featured on Opensource.net! Let's make the end
of 2023 a celebration of openness and collaboration! Thank you for being a
valuable part of the Opensource.net community and we look forward to
building an amazing 2024 with you!
Thanks,
The OSI Team
