[Writers] Article submissions

Hey writers.  I'm Seth Kenlon, formerly the technical editor of Opensource.com 
and now a volunteer for Opensource.net.

Here are two things you need to know:

1. The Opensource.net site isn't live yet. It will be soon, but we want to 
build up a backlog of articles first, and anyway we're still working on the 
site's look and feel.
2. We don't have an official article ingest process yet. If you have articles 
and you want me to enter them into the site for editing and eventual 
publication, send your submissions to me, for now.  NOT TO THE LIST.  Send 
them to seth dot opensource at {my last name} dot com, or seth at opensource 
dot com [sic]

I'm looking forward to building a new site to promote free and open source 
software with you all!
